When you submit the application form, the following information may be processed:
- first name and last name
- email address and phone number
- language
- your goal, biggest challenge, and age group
- any background information you choose to provide
Do not submit diagnoses, details about illnesses or medication, or other detailed sensitive health information through the free-text field.
3. Why we process your data
The information is used to receive and manage your application, contact you about your inquiry, and discuss which coaching option may suit your goals and situation.
Technical data may also be processed where necessary to deliver the form and prevent spam or misuse.
4. Form services
The application form is technically configured to be processed through Netlify Forms. The same form information is forwarded to Step2Fit to manage the contact and coaching application.
These services process information to the extent required to receive and forward the form submission.
5. Sharing your data
Personal data is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers required to manage the form and application, or with public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or meet applicable obligations.
Access is limited to the people and service providers who need the information to perform their role. The website is intended to be published over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
